Ben (they/them) is an Illustrator and Aspiring tattoo artist from Norfolk, based in Oxford. Their practice consists of traditional tattoo inspired pieces, consisting of both Western American Trad style and Eastern Irezumi style, consisting of bright, saturated colours and thick outlines. Their work is inspired by myths and nature, drawing creatures like dragons, wolves, tigers but they’re not opposed to drawing people too.

They studied Illustration at Arts University Plymouth, and have furthered their practice positively in making their pieces stronger. Recently, they’ve completed their studies at the University and are taking part in the New Designers exhibitions where their work is being shown off to art directors around the country. They have also taken on a tattoo apprenticeship and are furthering their practice.
